We are looking for mothers who received a Family Care Plan (previously referred to as a Plan of Safe Care) during pregnancy or at the time of their baby’s delivery. This research study seeks to understand the effect of having a Family Care Plan on mothers’ use of treatment and other services.
Participants will be asked to:
- Provide contact information for yourself and 1 backup (e.g., a family member or friend)
- Complete a series of four 30-to 45-minute interviews (over phone or video conference) every 3 months until your baby’s first birthday
- Share a photo of your Family Care Plan
Eligible participants who complete the interviews will receive up to $250 in gift cards.
